An update from Team Traidcraft
We are aware that these are challenging and unsettling times for all of us, but we’re remaining positive here at Traidcraft!
We’ve already taken a number of measures to ensure that our staff, our stock and our customers are safely looked after, as without these three things, business as we know it just can’t go on.
In the last few days, we have been inundated with orders, and most of the Traidcraft Team, regardless of their usual roles, have been in the warehouse picking and packing your orders to help get through this first wave.
Due to this heightened volume of orders, our wonderful, devoted team are working extremely long hours to ensure that your fair trade essentials are safely despatched and delivered to your doorsteps. The higher number of orders could mean that things are slowed up a little here at Traidcraft HQ / with our couriers, and your parcels may take a day or two extra to arrive. We ask that you be mindful of this when calling up or emailing us chasing your orders, and please have patience and compassion towards our already stretched team.
Our expert Health & Safety team are constantly monitoring advice and guidelines set by the UK Government and Public Health England, and are ready to act accordingly, should they suggest a next move. Keep an eye on this page for transparent updates and all the additional information you could need from us.
