The bag provides all the dry ingredients – leaving you to simply add 330ml of beer (could also use cider, or a soft drink like soda water), mix together and bake! The beer bread mix can also be used to batter chicken and fish, too!

Olive & Rosemary Beer Bread by Barretsridge
Usage Instructions: Preheat oven to 190°, lightly grease a loaf pan, combine beer bread mix with a 330ml beer of your choice, stir the mixture until a stiff batter is formed, scrape the dough into the preprepared loaf pan, bake for 45 minutes, baking times may vary.
