If you love the idea of a freshly baked loaf of bread, but don’t want the hassle of prepping the ingredients, this ready-mixed beer bread mixture is for you. With this authentic mixture of ingredients, you have everything you need to bake a steaming hot garlic and herb loaf in less than 60 minutes! Simply add 330ml of beer (or cider / soda water), mix together in a bowl and pop into the oven! The beer bread mix can also be used to batter chicken and fish, too!

The distinctive calico bags have been handsewn by South African charity, Deaf Hands at Work, adding an extra personal touch – also making them a great gift option!
Garlic & Herb Beer Bread by Barretsridge
Usage Instructions: Preheat oven to 190°, lightly grease a loaf pan, combine beer bread mix with a 330ml beer of your choice, stir the mixture until a stiff batter is formed, scrape the dough into the preprepared loaf pan, bake for 45 minutes, baking times may vary.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (fortified (mineral salts (electrolytic iron, zinc oxide), vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, Sugar, Flavouring (Sea Salt, dried garlic, herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary), olive oil, dextrose (sweetener), maltodextrin (thickener), Raising Agent: Baking powder (calcium carbonate, corn starch, potassium bitartrate).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
GMO free.
