With a maximum of 4 steps between catching the fish and canning it, Fish4Ever guarantee full traceability of their fish from the sea to your plate. This can of sustainably-sourced bristling sardines in spring water is fished with small purse seine nets in the north of Scotland, just off the coastline. Enter the code on the packaging on the Fish4Ever website to discover the area your fish came from.

Fish4Ever only catch their sardines when theyre fatter, tastier, and higher in omega 3. Only organic ingredients are ever added from the land. Try them on toast, or on exceptionally good bread with tomato sauce or lemon, to know exactly how sardines should truly taste.

We fish and pack this smaller species of sardines locally on the North Coast of Scotland where it is most common.   The fish is very delicate, mid-size between an anchovy and a sardine.   We pack our spratts in nothing but local Scottish spring water adding only a little salt.  High in Omega 3.  Low in salt.

Fish 4 Ever

Fish4Ever are the only canned fish brand in the UK to insist on organic land ingredients, and will always have ‘catch to can’ traceability. By using small boats, supporting local fishermen and their communities, saying no to fishing methods that cause damage to the sea floor, and avoiding all known risks of catching juvenile fish or endangered species – Fish4Ever is proving that fish can be better for you, be better for fishermen, and be better for the environment.
