Eswatini Kitchen was set up in 1991 by Manzini Youth Care (MYC), a Salesian Ngo supporting marginalised youth in Swaziland. The profits would then be fed back into MYC’s social programmes.
But of course, Eswatini didn’t stop there. The project started with 5 women working in a one-room-kitchen, and now stands as a thriving business supplying spicy sauces and lip-smacking spreads worldwide; offering a fair and sustainable income for over 300 people from underprivileged communities.
