This organic Arabica coffee is grown and picked by hand by women at the Asociación de Productoras Libres de Marcala (APROLMA) co-operative in west Honduras. Here, all the coffee is gathered from 69 much loved micro-plots. After harvesting, Eat Your Hat roast the beans here in the UK, packing them in packaging printed at a zero-emissions factory powered by hydroelectricity.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Once opened, squeeze the air out of the bag, wrap it tight around the remaining coffee and pop the pack into an airtight container. Store somewhere cool and dry – brew within 2 weeks of opening. Place in an airtight container, and use within two weeks.
Brewing – our coffees work wonderfully in most trendy coffee-making contraptions. As a general measure, we use about 15g (1 tablespoon) of coffee per 250ml cup. But you may like it stronger, shorter, milkier, icier who knows?
