Balancing work and family life is one of the things that Chut appreciates about working for the Tan Hiep weaving group.

"I sometimes bring my son with me when I come to collect the work, but not always," Chut said.

"My husband works in the fields and we have our own land. He grows a plant used for herbal tea.
