The Kasinthula Cane Growers' Association (KCG) is Traidcraft's new sugar supplier. In February 2004, Traidcraft's Market Access Centre ran a Trading Fairly Workshop for 33 farmers to introduce them to fair trade, Traidcraft and how their premium committee could operate. Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Milk Chocolate [21.7%]: [Fair Trade Sugar (10.1%), Full Milk Powder, Fair Trade Cocoa Butter (3.6%), Cocoa Mass (2.7%), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin], Fair Trade Cane Sugar (15.9%), Vegetable Margarine: [Vegetable Fats, Vegetable Oils, Water, Salt, Emulsifier: Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Flavouring], Butteroil, Dried Whey (from Milk), Liquid Whole Egg, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Flavouring, Colour: Curcumin.
