This jam owes its rich and subtle flavours to fruit ripened in the Swazi sun. The products are hand-prepared by the women's group Eswatini, which employs some 30 women. Buying this sauce helps the women and the many small-scale farmers who supply them pay medical and school bills and to save for a pension.
